The VP510 series is designed for use in the laboratory and for the production of prototypes. Due to the compact design and the integrated cooling unit, the machine can be used without pretreatment in various workplaces.
It allows for error-free soldering of the most complex SMT components in any required geometry, even when using lead-free solder pastes.
Components such as QFP, BGA, Flip-Chips and hybrids are processed with very high quality results.
The machine impresses with its simplicity, ease of use and the possibility of precision soldering without defects.
The structure integrates a technological zone with an electrically controlled feeder and workpiece carrier.
The electronic control includes sensors for the heater temperature, liquid temperature and steam temperature, thus ensuring absolute process reliability.
The furnace is equipped with a monitoring of the technological fluid level. The measuring cycle automatically detects used process fluid. The entire process can also be monitored through the sight glass.
The quick start function reduces energy consumption in standby mode and guarantees operational readiness for the next soldering cycle in the shortest possible time.
After opening the cover of the machine, the soldered element is placed on the feeder. The electric motor moves the feeder with the soldering units to the soldering position.
The PLC controls the steam production according to the set temperature gradients. When the soldering temperature is reached, the product will be moved to the cooling position.
The internal blockage between the process zone and the cooling zone closes. The soldered product is cooled, and then, when the signal indicates such a possibility, the cover lock is released, preventing the machine from opening during the production process.
