The M10V assembly machine is a universal device for placing SMD components on printed circuit boards and ceramic substrates of hybrid systems. The device is distinguished by a modern mechanical design, a reliable, visual system of optical component centering and a friendly operator system based on the Microsoft Windows XP Professional embedded platform. The M10V automat is dedicated to prototype and small-lot production.
The M10V machine has the ability to pick up components discharged loosely from a tray-type containers.
In the first step, each component is searched for in a container (visually located), then taken by the suction cup and moved over the camera - its position on the suction cup is determined by the visual method and the element is placed on the PCB in a given position.
Camera targeting system automatically corrects the position of the plate, it also allows you to avoid defective plates.
The number of bins with loose components is practically unlimited.
The machine is equipped with a soldering paste or glue dosing head.
Teach-in method teaching or data transfer from CAD program.
